Three medicines and
one goal

Reproductive medicine, regenerative and genetic medicine, and metabolic medicine, working together. Only Ingenes integrates all three disciplines within a single institute. This is the TripleMed™ approach.

The Ingenes TripleMed™ approach: reproductive, regenerative and genetic, and metabolic medicine integrated
The concept

An approach no other clinic has

At Ingenes, we developed the TripleMed™ methodology: the simultaneous integration of reproductive medicine, regenerative and genetic medicine, and metabolic medicine to address every case from every angle. Because fertility goes far beyond the reproductive, and because Ingenes is no longer only a fertility clinic.

Most fertility centers worldwide offer assisted reproduction and nothing more: they stimulate, retrieve, fertilize, transfer, and if it doesn't work, they repeat. We start with a different question: why isn't it working? Then we treat the cause, on all three fronts at once.

How it works

How it works in practice

From day one, all three specialties work in parallel, not in sequence, to design your personalized plan.

A woman reflects on her path to motherhood with the Ingenes TripleMed™ team
  1. Step 1

    360° diagnosis

A complete medical panel assesses your reproductive, regenerative, and metabolic profile at the same time. This is where we find what others missed.

  2. Step 2

    Personalized plan

Based on the results, we design a protocol built for your case. Nothing is generic: every treatment is built from your specific biology.

  3. Step 3

    Integrated treatment

The three specialties act in sync: endometrial preparation, metabolic optimization, and embryo selection, all in parallel.

  4. Outcome

    The ideal transfer

The right embryo, at the right time, in the right environment. That is TripleMed™.

  • OneMultidisciplinary team from day one, with no referrals between specialists.
  • 3Assessments in parallel, not in sequence.
  • 21 daysOn average to complete the triple diagnosis and define a plan.

Results where others said "impossible"

A 36-year-old patient came to Ingenes hoping for a second baby. Her first child had been born after IVF in 2020, but this time the picture was far more complex: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS, formerly Polycystic Ovary Syndrome or PCOS), excess weight, insulin resistance with hyperinsulinemia, and male-factor infertility from teratozoospermia in her partner. In the first cycle, only one of four embryos was chromosomally normal, her endometrium measured just 3.6 mm (well below the 7 mm minimum), and the transfer did not implant.

Rather than repeating the same protocol, the Ingenes team addressed every point of failure at once, with a four-level protocol that is the essence of TripleMed™:

  • Level 1 · Metabolic

A ketosis-based nutritional intervention to correct insulin resistance. Within two weeks, her HOMA-IR index fell below 2.0.

  • Level 2 · Regenerative and Genetic

The Implantation Score, a molecular assessment of egg quality developed by the Ingenes research team. Three eggs scored above the viability threshold.

  • Level 3 · Genetic

PGT-A to confirm chromosomal normality. Three of five embryos were euploid.

  • Level 4 · Regenerative

Endogen™ during endometrial preparation. The endometrium grew from 3.6 mm to an ideal 11.8 mm trilaminar lining.

Outcome: at week 39, a healthy boy was born, weighing 3,465 g, with an Apgar score of 8/9. The case was documented and accepted for publication in Clinical Case Reports, a peer-reviewed medical journal (2026).

FAQ

What everyone asks

Who is the TripleMed™ approach for?

For people with previous IVF cycles that didn't work, diagnoses without a clear cause, advanced maternal age, endometriosis, PMOS, or metabolic conditions. It can also be used preventively to maximize your chances from the very first attempt.

Does it take longer than a conventional treatment?

In many cases, no, because the three assessments are done in parallel. If conditions that require prior stabilization are detected, it may add 4 to 8 weeks that significantly increase your chances of success.

Is Ingenes the only clinic with TripleMed™?

Ingenes is a pioneer in formally integrating these three disciplines as a unified clinical methodology. Other clinics may offer some services separately, but the integrated TripleMed™ protocol is a development unique to Ingenes.

Can I start even if I've never tried IVF before?

Yes. The TripleMed™ diagnosis gives you complete clarity about your reproductive, regenerative, and metabolic health before starting any treatment, and lets us design the most efficient path from the start.

What if I'm traveling from another country?

The TripleMed™ approach is also available for international patients. Your first evaluation can be done virtually, and we coordinate your entire trip to Mexico.
