Procelk™ mesenchymal stem cell therapies for fertility, sexual health, and longevity

Procelk™ is the regenerative medicine branch of the Ingenes ecosystem. It applies mesenchymal stem cell therapies (umbilical cord allogeneic or autologous from the patient's own tissue) for fertility, sexual health, and cellular longevity.

Mesenchymal stem cells have the natural ability to identify damaged areas of the body, modulate inflammation, and promote tissue regeneration. Applied through validated clinical protocols, they open concrete possibilities in cases where conventional treatments fall short: refractory endometrium, low ovarian reserve, premature ovarian failure, severe male factor, menopause, age-related sexual changes.

Procelk™ operates with COFEPRIS licensing, an in-house cell bank (one of the largest and most trusted in Latin America), and +6 years of clinical experience with peer-reviewed publications in alliance with Cinvestav-IPN.

What makes Procelk™ different within Ingenes

  1. Integrated into the TripleMed™ model

Procelk™ is not an outside service: it is the regenerative branch of Ingenes' TripleMed™ model. Your case is reviewed by the same multidisciplinary team handling your fertility treatment.

  2. Umbilical cord or autologous cells

We work with allogeneic mesenchymal cells from human umbilical cord (our own bank) and, in specific cases, autologous cells from the patient's adipose tissue. The source is chosen based on protocol and case.

  3. Published and peer-reviewed evidence

The Endogen™ and Ovagen™ fertility protocols are backed by publications in indexed journals (American Journal of Translational Research, Research Square) in alliance with Cinvestav-IPN.

Fertility · Primary application

Stem cells when other paths seem to close

One of the most decisive factors in achieving pregnancy is the quality of the endometrium and the egg. When either fails due to inflammation, low reserve, previous failed cycles, or advanced age, chances drop even with the best IVF. Procelk™ developed specific protocols to intervene directly on those two factors.

The protocols are applied within the Ingenes fertility plan, not in parallel. That means your reproductive physician, embryologist, regenerative specialist, and maternal-fetal team all work on the same plan with shared criteria. The regenerative application is scheduled at the exact moment of the cycle where it adds value.

Results are backed by published clinical research with real patients, not marketing. Indication always depends on individual assessment: not every case applies, and the first task is to define whether yours is one that benefits.

Fertility protocols

Four regenerative protocols with clinical backing

  • Endogen™ · Endometrial recovery

Application of mesenchymal stem cells in the endometrium to regenerate damaged tissue, increase thickness and vascularization. Published study: thickness improved 3.2 mm on average, implantation 66.7% vs 4.8%, live birth rate 47.6%. Indicated in Asherman's and refractory endometrium.

  • Endogenous growth factors (PRP)

Intrauterine infusion of autologous platelet-rich plasma in a three-dose scheme. Published study in 59 patients with thin refractory endometrium: thickness improved 2.5 mm on average, implantation rose from 22.6% to 63.9%, clinical pregnancy from 16.1% to 57.4%.

  • Ovagen™ · Ovarian function

Personalized regenerative approach with autologous mesenchymal cells applied in the uterus and intraovarian cell derivative. Indicated in low ovarian reserve, ovarian aging, premature ovarian failure, and multiple failed IVF cycles. Documented case: euploid embryo and full-term pregnancy after combined protocol.

  • Testagen™ · Sperm quality

Intratesticular application of autologous cell derivative for severe male factor. Published studies show increased concentration, motility, and testosterone, reduced DNA fragmentation. Also evaluated in non-obstructive azoospermia with sperm recovery in 27.5% of previously failed cases.

  • Combination with IVF/ICSI/PICSI

The regenerative protocols are designed to integrate with Ingenes' IVF cycle. The reproductive physician and Procelk™ team define the exact moment of application within stimulation, retrieval, or transfer.

  • Personalized assessment

Not every case applies. Indication depends on history, prior studies, reproductive age, and goals. The first task of the consultation is to define whether your case is a real candidate.

Sexual health

Restoring lubrication, sensitivity, and function

Cellular regeneration also opens doors in intimate sexual health, for both women and men. Mesenchymal stem cell therapies act on hormonal balance, blood irrigation, and intimate tissue regeneration, offering a natural alternative when age-related changes, menopause, andropause, or medical causes affect sexual quality of life.

In women, application is local in the intimate area, outpatient. It promotes tissue regeneration, increases elasticity, improves lubrication, and reduces discomfort such as dryness, burning, or loss of sensitivity. Published studies show significant improvements in vulvar trophism, elasticity, vaginal pH, moisture, and orgasm, satisfaction, and pain scores.

In men, application is intravenous with a systemic effect that stimulates natural testosterone production, improves erectile function, and enhances desire. Published studies show recovery of erectile function post-prostatectomy (8 of 17 participants) and sustained testosterone increase for up to 6 months.

Who it's for

Indications in sexual health

  • Age-related hormonal changes

Menopause, perimenopause, andropause. Symptoms associated with the decline of estrogen or testosterone that affect sexual function.

  • Dryness and loss of sensitivity

Decreased natural lubrication, discomfort or burning sensation during intercourse, loss of sensitivity due to tissue atrophy.

  • Erectile dysfunction

Men with difficulty maintaining erection, whether vascular, hormonal, post-surgical (prostatectomy), or age-related.

  • Low libido or desire

Decreased sexual desire in men or women, associated with hormonal changes, fatigue, or shifts in the neuroendocrine axis.

  • Compromised vulvar trophism

Vulvar dystrophies, post-menopausal genital atrophy, conditions affecting intimate tissue quality and causing pain or discomfort.

  • Pursuit of integral sexual wellbeing

People who did not find a satisfactory response with conventional treatments (lubricants, hormonal therapy) and are looking for a regenerative alternative.

Wellness and longevity

Vitality, energy, and prevention of cellular decline

Beyond fertility and sexual health, systemic mesenchymal stem cell therapies also apply to general wellness and longevity. Through intravenous infusion, they act by reducing chronic inflammation, modulating the immune system, promoting cellular regeneration, and supporting recovery from persistent fatigue or sustained exhaustion.

It is designed for people who want to live with more vitality, prevent age-related cellular decline, and improve their quality of life naturally. Application is outpatient, with dosing calculated by patient weight and profile, performed in a controlled clinical setting.

Longevity test

Measure your biological age before deciding

The Longevity Test (also known as Telomere Test) measures your real biological age, which can differ from your chronological age. Telomeres are protective segments at the ends of chromosomes that shorten with each cell division: the shorter they are, the more cellular wear.

Combining saliva and blood analysis, the test reports your telomere length, estimated cellular aging rate, and metabolic efficiency. With that information, the Procelk™ team designs a personalized regenerative protocol: cell quantity, frequency, and application route.

It is a diagnostic tool useful to define whether a regenerative therapy applies to your case, and which protocol is appropriate.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Procelk™

Where do the stem cells that Procelk™ applies come from?

We primarily work with allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells from human umbilical cord, from our own cell bank (one of the largest and most trusted in Latin America). In specific cases where the medical team considers it necessary, autologous cells extracted from the patient's own adipose tissue are also applied.

Does Procelk™ replace the IVF treatment?

No. Regenerative protocols complement fertility treatments, they do not replace them. IVF with or without ICSI/PICSI remains the center of the reproductive plan. Procelk™ is applied to improve specific biological conditions (endometrium, ovarian function, sperm quality) before or during the IVF cycle.

Is it safe? Is there a risk of reactions?

Mesenchymal cells have a favorable safety profile well documented in clinical literature. Tolerability is good and there is no evidence of significant increase in serious adverse events. The procedure is performed in a controlled clinical setting with continuous medical supervision.

How many sessions does a protocol require?

It depends on the protocol. For example, the intrauterine Growth Factors (PRP) protocol is applied in a three-dose scheme. Endogen™ and Ovagen™ may require one or more applications depending on the case. Frequency and number of sessions are defined in the initial assessment.

When in the IVF cycle is it applied?

It depends on the protocol and goal. Endogen™ is applied to improve the endometrium before transfer. Ovagen™ is applied before ovarian stimulation to improve the response. Integration with the IVF cycle is planned together with your Ingenes reproductive physician.

How much does a stem cell protocol cost?

It varies based on the protocol, number of sessions, and cell source used. We discuss it in detail at the First Consultation or in a specific Procelk™ team assessment, with concrete numbers based on your case.

Is Procelk™ regulated in Mexico?

Yes. Procelk™ operates with a COFEPRIS license (Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks), complies with current Mexican regulations, and maintains its own cell bank with documented safety and traceability protocols.

Does your fertility case need a regenerative approach?

At the First Consultation we review whether your case qualifies for Endogen™, Ovagen™ or another stem cell protocol. Each plan is co-designed between Ingenes and Procelk™, based on your tests and history.
