The policy is backed by Notary Public. Your investment deserves to be protected, and we share the commitment with you.
At Ingenes we don't promise certainties, but we do offer a real commitment: if you don't achieve ongoing pregnancy, you recover up to 100% of your investment.
How it works
The refund activates after completing your program
After your First Consultation we design a personalized plan that can include up to 4 In Vitro Fertilization cycles. If you choose a Plus Multi-Cycle Program (BEC 3 Protección 50, BEC 3 Plus or BEC 4 Plus), your plan includes refund coverage as additional backing.
The refund activates upon completing all cycles included in your program without achieving ongoing pregnancy. The percentage to recover (up to 50%, 75% or 100%) depends on the specific program you choose.
If you achieve pregnancy before finishing the contracted cycles, congratulations: the program met its goal and closes. No money is refunded and unused cycles are not transferred.

Frequently asked questions about refund coverage
Do I get a refund if I don't get pregnant on the first attempt?
No. Refund coverage only applies after completing all cycles included in your program without achieving ongoing pregnancy. If your program includes 3 cycles, the refund is processed at the end of the third cycle. If it includes 4, at the end of the fourth.
How much can I recover?
It depends on the program: BEC 3 Protección 50 covers up to 50%, BEC 3 Plus covers up to 75% and BEC 4 Plus covers up to 100% of your investment. The specific conditions and exact percentage are explained before starting, based on your diagnosis and personalized plan.
Is it legally certified?
Yes. Ingenes' refund policy is backed by Notary Public for your security. We are the only fertility and genetics experts in Mexico certified this way on the refund commitment.
What happens if I achieve pregnancy before finishing the contracted cycles?
Congratulations! We reached the goal in fewer cycles. In that case, the program concludes upon achieving ongoing pregnancy. No money is refunded and unused cycles are not transferred, because the commitment has been fulfilled.
Does it apply to BEC 3 and BEC 4 programs without Plus?
No. Refund coverage applies exclusively to Plus Programs: BEC 3 Protección 50, BEC 3 Plus and BEC 4 Plus. Standard BEC 3 and BEC 4 programs do not include this coverage.
Are there diagnoses that do not qualify for this coverage?
Access to Plus Programs depends on individual diagnosis and clinical evaluation. Some cases require specific adjustments to the plan. At the First Consultation we review your history and tell you exactly which program applies for you.
How long does the support last?
Our commitment runs from your First Consultation to 72 hours after your baby is born. Throughout that time you are accompanied by the medical, emotional and administrative team at Ingenes.
