TripleMed™: the Ingenes model that is transforming modern fertility
For years, a fertility clinic meant a single approach: assisted reproduction. If a treatment didn’t work, the answer was usually “try again,” maybe with a slightly more sophisticated technique. But the reality of each patient is much more complex than a single procedure.
At Ingenes, after more than 20 years walking with families and having achieved more than 75,000 babies, we developed a model that recognizes that complexity: TripleMed™, our Triple Medicine. An approach that integrates three medical specialties in a single personalized plan for each patient.
What is TripleMed™
TripleMed™ is not a treatment. It’s a care model that combines three medical areas working together:
- Reproductive Medicine: the full spectrum of classic treatments: IVF, ICSI, insemination, donation, preservation.
- Regenerative & Genetic Medicine: pioneering technologies like Ovagen™, Endogen™, IVF MORE®, Procelk®, and embryo genetic diagnostics.
- Metabolic Medicine: analysis and optimization of the patient’s biological environment: nutrition, hormones, inflammation, insulin resistance.
Each pillar has a clear purpose. The powerful thing is when they are applied coordinated in the same plan, adjusted to each person’s specific case. This is what makes TripleMed™ unique: no other institution in Latin America integrates all three fronts under one roof, with specialized medical teams working as one.

Pillar 01 · Reproductive Medicine
Reproductive medicine is what most people associate with a fertility clinic: the techniques and procedures that allow conception when it doesn’t happen naturally.
At Ingenes, this pillar includes the full spectrum of solutions:
- In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) conventional, with ICSI and with PICSI
- Artificial Insemination and timed intercourse
- ROPA Method for female couples
- Multicycle Solutions that reach up to 96% cumulative success
- Egg freezing and sperm preservation
- Egg donation and sperm donation through the DonaVida program
- Surrogacy when carrying a pregnancy is not possible
It’s the most extensive pillar because it’s the operational base: this is where conception happens. But, on its own, it’s not always enough.
Pillar 02 · Regenerative & Genetic Medicine
When eggs lose quality, when the endometrium doesn’t respond, when embryos don’t implant, or when a genetic cause is suspected behind several failed attempts, it takes more than repeating a protocol: it takes modifying the reproductive environment or better understanding the genetic material.
For that, we developed pioneering technologies worldwide:
- Ovagen™: ovarian tissue regeneration with stem cells. A real alternative for women with low ovarian reserve or premature ovarian failure.
- Endogen™: restoration of damaged endometrium, also with stem cells. For cases where the endometrium fails to reach the necessary thickness or receptivity.
- IVF MORE®: egg restoration at the mitochondrial level. Improves the functional quality of eggs in cases of advanced reproductive age, endometriosis, or PCOS.
- Procelk®: application of exosomes to enhance the quality of gametes and embryos.
To this we add embryo genetic studies:
- PGT-A to detect chromosomal alterations before transfer
- PGT-M to identify specific hereditary diseases
- Eligender® for sex selection when medically indicated
- Implantation Score and Non-invasive Prenatal Test (Clarix)
The result is that only genetically viable embryos are transferred, and in optimal uterine conditions. What for many institutions is the “next step if IVF fails,” at Ingenes is integrated from the beginning when the case calls for it.
Pillar 03 · Metabolic Medicine
This is the newest pillar and, for many people, the most surprising. The idea is simple: a metabolically prepared body responds better to fertility treatments.
Egg quality, endometrial receptivity, and embryo implantation don’t depend solely on the reproductive system. They are deeply influenced by:
- Insulin resistance
- Hormonal balance
- Nutritional status
- Systemic inflammatory processes
- Gut microbiome
- Oxidative stress
Ingenes’ Metabolic Medicine starts with our Longevity Test, a precision diagnostic that evaluates these factors in each patient. From there we design a Personalized Nutritional Intervention (frequently ketosis-based), hormonal profile optimization, and anti-inflammatory management.
For cases where traditional treatments don’t quite work, this pillar often opens the missing path.
Why TripleMed™ makes the difference
The question patients ask us most after several failed attempts is: “Why doesn’t it work for me?”
The honest answer in many cases is: because only part of the problem is being addressed.
- If your ovarian reserve is low, achieving a successful IVF also requires improving the quality of the available eggs.
- If your endometrium doesn’t develop well, no transferred embryo will implant properly.
- If your body is in an inflammatory state or with insulin resistance, the response to ovarian stimulation will be limited.
- If the embryos you generate have genetic alterations, transferring them without studying them first is a roll of the dice.
TripleMed™ addresses these fronts simultaneously. Each plan is designed with the possibility of combining the three pillars when the case requires it, according to each patient’s specific diagnosis. This is what allows us to offer solutions to cases that other institutions consider “exhausted.”
How TripleMed™ is applied in practice
The process always starts at the Diagnostic Consultation: a comprehensive evaluation where we review history, previous attempts, current studies, and request the analyses needed to have a complete picture.
From that diagnosis, a multidisciplinary team (reproduction physician, embryologist, geneticist, regenerative specialist, and metabolic specialist) reviews the case and proposes a personalized plan.
Some plans include all three pillars from the start. Others only one or two. What matters is that the decision is made with all the tools on the table, not just the one traditionally applied.
TripleMed™ for every profile
TripleMed™ supports any patient who comes to Ingenes, regardless of complexity. This means, for example:
- A young and healthy woman looking to preserve her fertility accesses Reproductive Medicine with the backing of a team that knows all possible future options.
- A woman with low ovarian reserve can combine IVF with IVF MORE® or Ovagen™ as medically indicated.
- A woman with refractory endometrium benefits from Endogen™ integrated into her IVF cycle.
- A patient with PCOS or insulin resistance benefits from the metabolic pillar before and during reproductive treatment.
- A couple with male factor accesses IVF with ICSI or PICSI plus the backing of genetic diagnosis.
- A male couple or a single mom by choice accesses the full model, adapted to their specific needs.
Every case is different. The model is the same.
Modern fertility requires an integral approach
Last century’s reproductive medicine focused on achieving fertilization. The 21st century version has to go much further: it has to understand the whole organism, modify what can be modified, select with precision, and emotionally support the entire process.
That’s exactly what TripleMed™ does.
This is a real medical model, beyond marketing language: it combines three areas of advanced reproductive medicine, with specialized teams working coordinated on each patient’s case. After more than two decades, it allows us to maintain the #1 IVF success rate in Latin America and continue solving cases that many other institutions consider closed.
If you’ve tried and haven’t achieved pregnancy, if you’ve been told “there’s nothing more to do,” or if you simply want to better understand your possibilities with an approach that sees beyond a single procedure, book your diagnostic consultation. We work with the conviction that every case deserves to be evaluated with all available tools.
At Ingenes, that means TripleMed™.
