Dr. Stephanie Moreno Martínez

About her:

Dr. Stephanie Moreno began her studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Anahuac Norte. Later, she continued her studies at the Mexican Institute of Social Security where she obtained her specialty in Gynecology and Obstetrics.

In addition to her great academic and professional career, Dr. Stephanie completed a high specialty in Human Reproductive Biology at the Hospital Angeles Pedregal in Mexico City.

Continuing with her amazing and outstanding medical career, Dr. Moreno decided to pursue a Master’s Degree in Minimally Invasive Surgery in Gynecology, endorsed by the Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia, Spain. Also, within the same institution, she completed a Grand Master in Hospital and Health Services Management.

Among her most outstanding achievements are the following:

• To be a member of the Association of Former Resident Doctors of the Hospital de Ginecología y Obstetricia. UMAE. Gynecology 4 IMSS. “Luis Castelazo Ayala”.
• Member of the Medical Society of Grupo Ángeles Servicios de Salud.
• Active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
• Third place award as co-author in the poster category of the Victor Politano competition for the paper “Correlation of semen parameters and sperm DNA fragmentation in the evaluation of infertile males”, during the XXIV CAU Congress held in Cancun, Quintana Roo.

Her participation in many international congresses such as:

• The Best of ASRM and ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) Virtual meeting, 2021.
• Attendance at the “International virtual course on infertility”. “Evidence, expectations and timeliness in infertility care”.
• Abstract “Could sperm expression of claudin 1 represent a novel parameter of sperm quality” within the Translational Reproductive Biology and Clinical Reproductive Endocrinology: Paradigm changes you may not hear about elsewhere, held in New York, USA.
• Abstract “Human sperm expresses claudin 1 as a biomarker” dentro del 17th World Congress of Gynecological Endocrinology. Florence, Italy.

Dr. Moreno has written and participated in the research and publication of multiple scientific articles, such as:
