Dr. Milton Flores began his studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés,in La Paz – Bolivia; later he continued his studies at the Hospital de la Mujer, where he obtained hisSpecialty in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, which he concluded in a distinguished manner, receiving multiple awards for his academic achievements in each of the years he studied.
In addition to his great academic and professional career, Dr. Flores completedpostgraduate studies in Legal Medicine, Medical Auditing, Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery and a high Specialty in Human Reproductive Biology at the Hospital Juárez de México, endorsed by the UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico).
Among his most outstanding achievements are the following:
- Recognition for the best academic performance during the medical Specialty.
- Head of Medical Residency in Gynaecology and Obstetrics at the Women’s Hospital.
- National Trainer in Maternal Health, Obstetric Emergencies and Family Planning, endorsed by the Bolivian Ministry of Health and the United States Agency for International Development.
He participated as author and co-author of several research studies, such as:
