About her:
Dr. Dayna Autun began her studies at theFaculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Campeche, which she completed with distinction. She then continued her training at the General Hospital of Tlalnepantla of the Social Security Institute of the State of Mexico where she obtained her Specialty in gynaecology and obstetrics.
In addition to her great academic and professional career, Dr. Dayna completed a high Specialty in Human Reproductive Biology at the Hospital Juárez de México.
Among her most outstanding achievements are the following:
- Participation as a peer reviewer for Medwave Medical articles.
- Collegiate member of the Mexican Council of Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
Her participation in various medical refresher courses, such as:
- Course-workshop on laparoscopic surgery in Gynecological cancer
- Curso internacional ginecología endocrina
- Senology and breast pathology. Current concepts of infertility
Dr. Autun has written and participated in the research and publication of multiple scientific articles, such as:
- “Prevalence of male factor as a cause of infertility and diagnosis by seminogram compared to WHO criteria 1999 and 2010”.
- “Fimbria prolapse as a complication of abdominal hysterectomy”.
- “Sexual dysfunctions in patients with primary and secondary infertility”.
