My name is Paloma Pérez Pacheco, and I want to share the story of our family. We began our journey to motherhood in 2010. Our first attempt wasn’t successful, and after that disappointment, we decided to keep going.
Thanks to the close and compassionate support we received, we were finally able to have our daughter, who is now 13 years old and truly our little star brought down from the sky.
We came to Ingenes thanks to a recommendation from a pediatrician, and from the very beginning, we were in the hands of Dr. Martín Rivera. He guided and supported us every step of the way, explaining each phase of the process and making sure we felt safe and cared for. The warmth with which we were welcomed made us feel like part of the Ingenes family—not just as patients, but as valued and unique individuals.
Our experience wasn’t without its challenges. We had previously lost an older child, which led me into a period of depression and made me feel like maybe I would never be a mom again. However, the support we received at Ingenes helped us regain hope and move forward with confidence. Knowing we were in the care of attentive and compassionate professionals gave us the strength we needed to keep going.
I remember so vividly the day they confirmed the pregnancy, and even more so when they told us it was a girl. It was an unforgettable moment, filled with joy and gratitude. It made us feel that all the effort and patience had truly been worth it. Even when there were things to be cautious about, like needing special follow-up during the pregnancy, we always felt protected and supported.
Today, I can wholeheartedly say we never lost faith. Motherhood isn’t always easy, and the road can be full of obstacles and challenges, but with perseverance, support, and the guidance of Ingenes, it is possible to achieve the dream of building a family. Our daughter is not only our greatest gift—she is living proof that we should never give up, and that with love and dedication, miracles really can come true.
