A source of pride that inspires us to keep making the extraordinary possible
It´s an enormous pride for all of us who are part of Ingenes. We are deeply excited to share that we have been nationally recognized as a Company of Exceptional Practices, a distinction that celebrates organizations that are changing the world from the inside out: through their people, their social impact, and the way they do things.
This achievement not only honors our actions, but also our commitment to life, science, and the deep desire to support those seeking to have a baby. Because at Ingenes we don’t just treat diagnoses or perform procedures; we transform stories, bring stars down from the sky, and work every day to offer hope where others only see obstacles.
But what does it really mean to be recognized as a Company of Exceptional Practices? Why is this award so important and what does it say about the way we do things?
A recognition with real impact
This distinction is awarded by a national program that identifies and rewards companies that have implemented innovative, responsible, and high-impact organizational practices, with proven results for their employees, the community, and the people they serve.
This year, Ingenes was recognized for three specific practices that reflect our identity as leaders in reproductive health, our commitment to human development and medical excellence, and our belief that transforming lives also means transforming how we work.
These were our awarded practices:

1. Connecting purpose and pride: Ubuntu culture to transform lives
At Ingenes, we understand that an organization that transforms lives must start by transforming its own. That’s why, for years, we’ve built and strengthened an organizational culture based on the principles of Ubuntu, an African philosophy that means: “I am because we are.”
This approach has allowed us to connect everyone who is part of the institute — from nurses, doctors, specialists, and embryologists, to administrative teams, patient care, and leadership — around a shared purpose: helping make the most important dream of thousands of people come true: having a baby.
Through workshops, support programs, recognitions, and an internal policy of holistic development, our Ubuntu culture translates into well-being, motivation, and pride — values that inspire everyone around us.
2. Creating value chains through strategic partnerships to serve those who want to become parents
We believe in the power of collaboration to multiply impact. At Ingenes, we have developed strategic partnerships with companies, medical institutions, insurers, governments, and civil organizations to extend the reach of our services and bring reproductive healthcare to more people, regardless of their background or circumstances.
These partnerships have not only helped us go further but also allowed us to combine resources, talent, infrastructure, and knowledge, creating a solid ecosystem centered on the families who trust us.
Thanks to this collaborative effort, thousands of women, men, and couples have been able to access accurate diagnoses, advanced treatments, emotional support, and personalized care, with the confidence of being in the hands of an institution with national presence and international standards.
3. Changing the model, honoring the dream: ISBI as strategic transformation at Ingenes
One of our greatest innovations has been the development and implementation of the ISBI model (Islas, Sucursales, Branches, Islands)—an organizational transformation that has allowed us to integrate the best of medical science with the human and personalized approach that has always defined us.
The ISBI model has enabled us to redefine the patient experience across each of our 20 locations, with two different care formats: through our “Islands,” we reach key regions throughout Mexico to offer initial consultations and follow-ups; while our “Branches,” equipped with world-class laboratories and operating rooms, are ready to carry out our high-complexity procedures, such as In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).
From the very first consultation to the birth of the baby, this includes the creation of multi-cycle programs with money-back plans, the incorporation of advanced techniques like IVF MORE®, regenerative therapies with stem cells such as OVAGEN and ENDOGEN, and psychological support programs throughout the entire process.

A morning that will go down in Ingenes history
During the official awards ceremony, we received:
1 recognition as an Exceptional Practice
2 distinctions as Good Practices
These recognitions not only fill us with pride; they motivate us to keep raising our standards, improving what we already do well, and continuing to seek new ways to bring real hope to those who come to Ingenes with the dream of having a baby.
Each award, each mention, each word of recognition is also a reminder: the trust of our patients is earned through actions, commitment, and humanity.
Transforming lives from within
At Ingenes, we know that our patients’ dreams are not achieved by one person, but by a complete team. Behind every embryo transfer, every positive test, every baby in someone’s arms, there are doctors, lab technicians, nurses, psychologists, embryologists, geneticists, advisors, patient care staff, cleaning crews, administrative teams, communications staff, and many more people who put their heart into what they do.
This recognition is for them. For those who work long, demanding days with passion. For those who don’t give up in the face of challenges. For those who know there is no greater motivation than being part of something as extraordinary as giving life.
This achievement was received with great pride by the team representing Ingenes, whose work has been key in bringing each of the presented practices to life. In attendance were:
- Lorena López, Human Resources Director.
- Rubén Vallejo, Sales Director.
- Nicolás Camargo, Director of Innovation and Operational Processes.
- Alberto Garay, Director of Competitive Strategy & Performance.
- Mónica Castañeda, Organizational Development Manager.
- Ulises Campos, Senior Process Manager.
- Alejandro Caraza, Innovation & Continuous Improvement Lead.
Their participation in the event not only represents those who drive these projects every day, but also the entire Ingenes family who, from every area, makes this ongoing transformation possible.
Because excellence is not a destination, it’s a way forward
Over the past 20 years, we have helped bring more than 75,000 babies into the world, become the leading institute in fertility and genetics in Latin America, and expanded our presence to the United States.
But we’re not stopping there.
Being recognized as a Company of Exceptional Practices doesn’t mean we’ve reached the finish line — it means we’re on the right path. It’s a clear sign that we can, must, and want to continue growing, always with one clear focus: science in the service of life.
Because at Ingenes, innovation, empathy, and responsibility aren’t just values on a poster: they are choices we live every day, in every story, in every lab, in every consultation room.
One more step toward the future, with our feet in science and our heart with the people
Thank you for being part of this dream.
Thank you to every team member, every doctor, every embryologist, every advisor, and every person who has made Ingenes a place where the extraordinary is possible.
Thank you to those who have entrusted us with their most precious desire: to become mothers, fathers, or families. This recognition is also yours, because without you, there would be no purpose.
Today, we are a Company of Exceptional Practices — but tomorrow, we will continue to be what we’ve always been: a family that works so that other families can begin.
And if you are reading this with the hope of having a baby, we want you to know this: at Ingenes, we are ready to help you achieve it. With science, with humanity, and with a team that never stops believing.
