Dr. Milton Flores began his studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, in La Paz - Bolivia; later he continued his studies at the Hospital de la Mujer, where he obtained his Specialty in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, which he concluded in a distinguished manner, receiving multiple awards for his academic achievements in each of the years he studied.
